Responsibility
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
- Oversee the end-to-end order management process, from receipt to fulfillment.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, logistics, finance) to resolve customer inquiries and issues.
- Monitor order status and provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance satisfaction and retention.
- Analyze sales data and prepare reports to identify trends and opportunities.
- Train and mentor junior sales support staff to ensure high performance.
- Implement process improvements to streamline order management and reduce errors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or account management.
- Proven ability to manage key accounts and build strong client relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
