In this pivotal role, you will be the bridge between our high-quality Hand & Power Tools portfolio and our customers, ensuring that our market presence continues to expand.

Responsibility

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets for Hand & Power Tools.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to ensure high performance and service quality.
  • Conduct regular field visits across the Jabodetabek area to monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers, distributors, and corporate clients.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and analysis to track team progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure seamless distribution and stock management for products in the assigned territory.
  • Develop promotional plans and merchandising strategies to enhance brand visibility at retail points.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in a Sales Supervisory or Team Lead role, preferably in the construction, hardware, or industrial tools sector.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing a sales team.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the Jabodetabek region.
  • Proficient in sales reporting tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working under pressure.
  • Deep understanding of the Indonesian hardware market dynamics.
