Responsibility
- Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and the company, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, retailers, and distributors in the Bali region.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of sales representatives to maximize performance and productivity.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns and product launches.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and issue resolution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the Retail & Consumer Products industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing client relationships.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and sales analytics tools.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as needed.
