Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service, greeting and assisting shoppers with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases.
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately, including cash, credit, and digital payments.
- Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing store layout by restocking merchandise, arranging displays, and ensuring products are easily accessible.
- Monitor inventory levels, assist with stock takes, and report low stock or discrepancies to management.
- Uphold store cleanliness and presentation standards, including dusting, sweeping, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Process returns, exchanges, and customer complaints professionally and in line with company policies.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets through upselling and promotional strategies.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, new arrivals, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, customer service, or a related field (fresh graduates with strong interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Fluency in English (additional languages, especially Indonesian or Mandarin, are a plus).
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and peak shopping periods.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management is advantageous.
- Passion for fashion, retail, or luxury goods with a keen eye for trends.
