We are seeking a dynamic Sales Supervisor to spearhead our market entry and distribution growth in the Jakarta region. This is a pivotal role for a results-driven professional looking to make a significant impact on brand presence within the competitive alcohol retail and hospitality sector.

As our Sales Supervisor, you will be the face of our brand, managing key accounts, building relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring our products are positioned for success. You will lead a high-performing team, analyze market trends, and drive strategic sales initiatives to capture market share in Jakarta Selatan and beyond.

Responsibility

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive growth for our alcohol product portfolio in Jakarta.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities within bars, restaurants, retail chains, and hotels.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine our market entry approach and value proposition.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers in the F&B and retail sectors.
  • Ensure compliance with all local regulations and licensing requirements regarding the distribution and sale of alcohol.
  • Manage inventory levels and distribution logistics to ensure seamless supply chain performance.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and performance reports for senior management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales leadership, specifically within the FMCG, Alcohol, or Beverage industry.
  • Proven track record of success in expanding distribution networks in the Jakarta market.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian liquor distribution regulations and trade marketing strategies.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Ability to travel frequently within the designated territory and work flexible hours to meet client needs.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite for sales tracking and reporting.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism when representing premium brands.
