Responsibility
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to Bali’s diverse automotive market.
- Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service and after-sales support.
- Collaborate with marketing and inventory teams to optimize product availability and promotions.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients, dealers, and stakeholders.
- Uphold company policies, ethical standards, and compliance with industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience (3+ years) in automotive sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Bali’s automotive market and customer preferences is a plus.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal).
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within assigned regions.
