Responsibility

  • Actively promote and sell XL Satu home fiber and wifi subscription packages to residential areas and businesses across Bali.
  • Identify prospective customers through direct outreach, field visits, community events, and digital messaging.
  • Deliver engaging and persuasive product presentations highlighting the value, speed, and cost-efficiency of XL Satu.
  • Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the regional management.
  • Guide customers smoothly through the registration, document validation, and installation booking processes.
  • Maintain excellent relationship management with new and existing clients to encourage referrals and brand loyalty.
  • Prepare and submit accurate daily and weekly sales performance reports to the direct supervisor.

Qualifications

  • Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; previous sales experience is highly valued.
  • Proven track record of success in direct sales, field marketing, FMCG, or telecommunications services.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with a customer-centric attitude.
  • Highly self-motivated, resilient, and driven by targets and performance incentives.
  • Must possess a personal motorcycle and a valid driver's license (SIM C) for local travel.
  • Strong familiarity with Bali's geographical layout, residential developments, and local communities.
  • Willingness to work in an active, outdoor field-sales environment.
