Responsibility

  • Actively promote and sell XL Satu WiFi / fiber broadband packages to residential areas and local communities across Bali.
  • Conduct direct marketing activities, including door-to-door sales, flyering, and participating in local community events.
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets set by the management team.
  • Explain product features, pricing, terms, and installation processes clearly to potential customers.
  • Assist customers through the registration and scheduling of broadband installation.
  • Maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and customer pipelines.
  • Build and sustain excellent relationships with customers to drive referrals and positive brand awareness.

Qualifications

  • Minimum high school graduate (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
  • Prior experience in sales, direct marketing, or promotions (preferably in telecommunications, internet service providers, or FMCG).
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Highly motivated, target-oriented, and resilient under pressure.
  • Possess a personal smartphone and a motorcycle with a valid driver's license (SIM C) for daily field operations.
  • Deep understanding of the local Bali area and community dynamics.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced field sales environment.
