Responsibility
- Proactively identify and approach potential customers to promote Wifi XL Satu broadband services.
- Educate clients on product features, pricing, and service benefits to ensure informed purchasing decisions.
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly individual sales targets in designated areas across Bali.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, prospect interactions, and customer feedback in the CRM system.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with local community members and businesses to build a reliable lead pipeline.
- Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations for prospective home users.
- Report directly to the team leader regarding market trends and competitive landscape observations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Vocational school/SMA/SMK preferred).
- Proven experience in direct sales, field marketing, or customer service is a strong advantage.
- Energetic, communicative, and possess high resilience in handling rejections.
- Must be based in or willing to work throughout the Bali region.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse customer profiles.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently in the field.
- Target-oriented mindset with a genuine drive to earn performance-based incentives.
- Own a smartphone and have basic digital literacy to manage sales apps and reporting tools.
