Star Sparta Indonesia is currently seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to expand our market presence for Hand & Power Tools across the Jabodetabek, Jateng, and Jatim regions. You will play a critical role in our growth strategy by identifying new business opportunities, fostering long-term client relationships, and providing expert technical support. Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets for Hand & Power Tools.
- Identify and prospect new clients across the industrial, construction, and workshop sectors in Jabodetabek, Jateng, and Jatim.
- Provide comprehensive technical product demonstrations to prospective and existing customers to ensure optimal tool usage.
- Conduct regular market visits to maintain visibility and strengthen brand presence in assigned territories.
- Maintain an accurate CRM database of customer interactions, sales leads, and follow-up activities.
- Provide professional after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the internal marketing team to provide feedback on market trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent; Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Marketing is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative, preferably in the hardware, industrial tools, or construction equipment sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex technical features clearly.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Jabodetabek, Central Java (Jateng), and East Java (Jatim) areas.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Possess a valid driving license (SIM C or A) and a reliable vehicle.
- Strong understanding of local market dynamics within the industrial tool industry.
