Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers and customers to drive sales growth.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for spare parts.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and expand the dealer network.
- Ensure timely and accurate collections from dealers and customers.
- Provide product training and support to dealers to enhance their knowledge and sales capabilities.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure product availability.
- Prepare and present sales reports to management, highlighting key performance metrics.
- Participate in industry events and trade shows to promote the company's products and services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or spare parts industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
