Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, including bookstores, stationery shops, and other outlets in Bali.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by effectively promoting and selling our book products.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels at assigned retail locations to ensure optimal stock availability.
- Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Prepare and submit detailed sales reports, including activity logs, customer feedback, and market trends.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and in-store displays.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product launches to enhance sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, retail, or customer service, preferably in the book or publishing industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive market.
- Familiarity with the Bali retail landscape and local business practices is a plus.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, CRM tools) for reporting and data management.
- Ownership of a motorbike and a valid driver’s license for travel within Bali.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local dialects are advantageous.
