Responsibility
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Maintain and update sales databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data.
- Coordinate with the sales team to gather and verify information for reporting purposes.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and correspondence.
- Support the onboarding process for new clients and team members.
- Monitor and track sales performance metrics and KPIs.
- Prepare presentations and summaries for internal meetings and stakeholder reviews.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Basic understanding of data entry and reporting tools is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
- Hybrid work setup: Must be able to commute to the Bali office 2-3 times per week.
