Responsibility
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing exceptional service.
- Manage daily shop operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Promote and upsell products to meet sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with a solutions-oriented approach.
- Assist in stock replenishment, merchandising, and visual displays to attract customers.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals and contribute to a positive work culture.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and trends to provide accurate information to customers.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse customers.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing store operations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work in morning or afternoon shifts as scheduled.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory management.

- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
