Responsibility
- Promote Kredivo's "Buy Now, Pay Later" services to potential customers in retail stores and public areas
- Educate customers about Kredivo's features, benefits, and application process
- Achieve monthly sales targets and customer acquisition goals
- Maintain strong relationships with retail partners and store managers
- Conduct product demonstrations and assist customers with the registration process
- Collect and report customer feedback to improve service quality
- Participate in promotional events and marketing campaigns
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in sales, promotions, or customer service (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with financial products or fintech services is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Residence in or near the assigned Bali location
