Responsibility
- Develop and implement annual sales plans aligned with company objectives, ensuring alignment with marketing and financial goals.
- Conduct market analysis and competitive benchmarking to identify growth opportunities and risks.
- Lead forecasting and budgeting processes, utilizing data analytics to optimize inventory and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to ensure cohesive strategy execution and performance tracking.
- Monitor KPIs and sales metrics, providing actionable insights to senior management for continuous improvement.
- Design and maintain sales reporting dashboards to enhance visibility and decision-making.
- Drive process improvements in sales operations to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Support new product launches and promotional campaigns with data-backed recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales planning, business analysis, or strategic sales management.
- Proven expertise in data analysis, forecasting, and financial modeling (Excel, Power BI, or similar tools).
- Strong understanding of supply chain, inventory management, and demand planning.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to liaise with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in the hardware, retail, or manufacturing industry is highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and CRM tools.
- Analytical mindset with a results-driven approach to problem-solving.
