Responsibility
- Promote and sell PayLater services to merchants and customers in assigned locations across Bali.
- Educate merchants and consumers on the benefits and features of PayLater solutions.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the expansion of the company’s merchant network.
- Provide on-site support and troubleshooting for merchants using PayLater services.
- Maintain strong relationships with merchants to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates.
- Collect and report customer feedback to improve service offerings.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive products to enhance sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute local promotions and campaigns.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, retail, or financial services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a stationary role.
- Basic understanding of financial products, particularly PayLater or BNPL (Buy Now, Pay Later) services.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with Bali’s retail and hospitality sectors is a plus.
- Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
