Responsibility
- Manage and maintain the sales CRM to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the sales team's productivity.
- Collaborate with leadership to streamline lead generation and sales funnel processes.
- Prepare comprehensive weekly and monthly sales reports to provide actionable insights.
- Coordinate with the marketing and customer success teams to align cross-functional goals.
- Optimize sales documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for efficiency.
- Provide operational support for sales forecasting and revenue tracking.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Analysis, or Administrative support roles.
- Strong proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
