Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs.
- Create and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and other platforms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and messaging.
- Organize and participate in promotional events, trade shows, and networking activities.
- Prepare reports on sales activities, market trends, and competitive analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a similar role (minimum 2 years).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
