Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand customer base in the waterproofing chemicals sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients, including contractors, architects, and developers.
- Prepare and present detailed quotations, proposals, and technical presentations to potential clients.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to represent the company.
- Monitor competitor activities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Provide excellent after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the chemicals or construction industry.
- Proven track record in customer relationship management and business development.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
