Responsibility
- Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate the HORECA market in Bali.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including hotels, restaurants, and cafes.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional campaigns and brand awareness initiatives.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Provide training and support to clients on product usage and benefits.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare reports for management review.
- Participate in industry events and trade shows to network and generate leads.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the HORECA sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
