Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote real estate properties.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
- Create and manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and online advertisements.
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and convert them into successful sales.
- Organize and participate in property viewings, open houses, and promotional events.
- Prepare and present sales reports, market analysis, and performance metrics to management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, and industry partners.
- Ensure all marketing materials and sales collateral are up-to-date and aligned with brand guidelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Familiarity with the Bali real estate market is a plus.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
