Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote motorcycle leaseback (BPKB Motor) products in the Bali region.
- Identify and engage potential customers through outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Educate clients on leaseback benefits, terms, and application processes to drive conversions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling campaigns and promotional materials.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and follow-ups in CRM systems.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes in multifinance.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure long-term client retention.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales/marketing, preferably in multifinance, banking, automotive credit, or leaseback services.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with motorcycle financing, BPKB leaseback processes, and customer acquisition techniques.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools; basic financial literacy is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) for client meetings.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
