Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to promote the company’s trucking, cargo handling, and container yard services in Bali.
- Identify and target potential clients, including shipping companies, importers, exporters, and logistics providers, to generate new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships and repeat business.
- Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales strategies.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective and current clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, finance, and customer service) to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and provide regular reports to management with actionable insights.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the logistics, shipping, or port services industry.
- Strong understanding of cargo handling, trucking, and container yard operations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and stakeholders effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM software for sales tracking and reporting.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Indonesian or other local languages is an advantage.
