Responsibility
- Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies to attract and retain clients in Bali’s competitive digital market.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold outreach, networking, and partnerships.
- Create compelling sales pitches, proposals, and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Manage end-to-end client acquisition and onboarding, ensuring seamless transitions and high satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with brand messaging and business goals.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs, ROI, and campaign performance to optimize strategies.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in digital marketing, SEO, and social media to drive innovation.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and service excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales, digital marketing, or business development.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Google Analytics, and marketing automation platforms.
