Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company targets
- Identify and engage potential clients in the construction and building materials sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including contractors, architects, and distributors
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and exceptional customer service
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to sales
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is a plus
