Responsibility
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets in the Bali region.
- Identify and engage with potential clients through cold calling, networking, and digital outreach.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new customers to ensure repeat business.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling campaigns and promotional materials.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to clients, highlighting product benefits and value propositions.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and provide detailed reports to management.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the company’s products/services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in Bali or a similar market.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and digital marketing tools.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Familiarity with the Bali business landscape is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as needed.
