Responsibility

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or relevant certifications (e.g., CIM, Google Analytics) are a plus.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the HVAC, air conditioning, or industrial equipment sector.
  • Proven track record of managing distributor networks and driving revenue growth in international markets.
  • Strong digital marketing skills, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media management.
