Responsibility
- Proactively identify and prospect new customer leads to expand our market reach.
- Develop and nurture long-term professional relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct professional sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential buyers.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
- Collaborate with the internal marketing team to align sales strategies with brand goals.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to adjust sales approaches effectively.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Qualifications
- Minimum High School degree or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Proven track record in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Highly motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general digital literacy.
- Residing in or willing to work in Jakarta Barat.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve challenging KPIs.
