Responsibility
- Develop, curate, and manage engaging content across multiple social media platforms to boost brand visibility.
- Execute end-to-end sales processes, from initial lead generation to closing deals.
- Analyze marketing data and campaign performance metrics to optimize conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-impact marketing collateral.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Prepare sales reports and present actionable insights to management.
- Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and adapt strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a combined marketing and sales or business development role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Malay.
- Ability to interpret marketing analytics to drive sales strategy.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for persuasion and negotiation.
- High level of self-motivation and the ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
- A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
