Responsibility
- Assist in the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies to drive property sales and brand awareness in Bali’s competitive real estate market.
- Support the Sales & Marketing team in managing client relationships, including follow-ups, inquiries, and lead nurturing to convert prospects into buyers.
- Coordinate and monitor marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, ensuring alignment with company goals and target audience preferences.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, market analysis, and performance metrics to track progress and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Assist in organizing and promoting property launches, open houses, and client events to showcase PDC Properties’ projects in Bali.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, legal, and finance, to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences in Bali’s real estate sector.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of PDC Properties’ projects, pricing, and promotions to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service, preferably in the real estate or property development industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools or marketing software is a plus.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, including social media, email campaigns, and SEO, is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or other languages is a bonus.
