Responsibility
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Identify and qualify potential leads through active prospecting, networking, and industry events.
- Conduct professional property presentations and site visits for prospective clients.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide accurate reporting on sales activities and forecasting.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, investors, and stakeholders to encourage repeat business.
- Conduct regular field visits and official travel as required to facilitate property inspections and contract closures.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with current campaign promotions.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Property Management, or a related field.
- Proven track record in property sales or a similar high-stakes consultative sales role.
- Strong understanding of the Tangerang Selatan and Banten real estate market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a persuasive personality.
- Ability to work independently, self-manage time effectively, and handle high-pressure sales environments.
- Possess a valid driving license (SIM A/C) and own vehicle to support field visits.
- Highly target-oriented with a strong drive to achieve financial performance goals.
