Responsibility
- Oversee day-to-day facility operations, including maintenance, safety protocols, and general building management.
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of operational staff to ensure peak performance and adherence to IKEA standards.
- Manage vendor relationships and service contracts to ensure cost-effective and high-quality facility services.
- Implement and monitor sustainability initiatives to reduce energy consumption and waste across the site.
- Ensure full compliance with local building regulations, health, safety, and fire prevention standards.
- Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate smooth event setups and daily store operational requirements.
- Prepare operational reports and budgets to track performance metrics and identify areas for cost optimization.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in facility management, operations, or a related leadership role.
- Proven track record of leading and motivating teams in a high-volume retail or hospitality environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle technical issues under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Indonesian.
- Knowledge of workplace safety, health regulations, and environmental management systems.
- Proficiency in facility management software and MS Office Suite.
