Responsibility

  • Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions on property market trends and negotiation techniques.
  • Monitor market activity and competitor landscape in Jawa Barat to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to optimize lead generation campaigns and event management.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with potential buyers, investors, and key stakeholders.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and performance dashboards for upper management.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the real estate industry, preferably in a leadership or managerial capacity.
