We are currently seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team in Jakarta Utara. Responsibility
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the oil, gas, and mining industries across the Java region.
- Provide technical consultation to clients regarding our range of products and engineering services.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including procurement managers and site engineers.
- Conduct regular sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Coordinate with internal engineering teams to provide tailored technical proposals that address specific client challenges.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine our sales strategy and maintain a competitive edge.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive lead generation and pipeline management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a relevant technical discipline.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in technical sales, preferably within the oil & gas or mining sector.
- Strong understanding of industrial equipment and technical processes related to petroleum extraction and processing.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Proven ability to translate complex technical specifications into value-driven sales conversations.
- Strong networking capability with a demonstrated track record of managing professional relationships.
- Willingness to travel throughout the Java region as required by business operations.
