Responsibility
- Conduct outreach and onboarding of merchants for GoPay Merchant Application (GMA) QRIS, ensuring seamless integration and activation.
- Promote and facilitate the rental of GoPay Speaker systems to enhance in-store payment experiences.
- Introduce and implement Moka Kasir solutions to streamline point-of-sale operations for businesses.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with merchants, providing ongoing support and troubleshooting.
- Achieve monthly sales targets by identifying and converting leads through field visits, calls, and digital outreach.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions to educate merchants on digital payment benefits.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve merchant inquiries and ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Stay updated on fintech trends and competitive offerings to position Staffinc Group as a market leader.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or fintech, preferably in digital payments.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Self-driven with a strong ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Familiarity with QRIS, mobile payment systems, or POS software is a plus.
- Willingness to travel across assigned regions (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) for client meetings.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Passion for financial inclusion and helping businesses transition to digital solutions.
