Responsibility
- Identify and prospect potential clients in the Design & Build sector.
- Present and demonstrate our products and services to clients effectively.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the design and project teams to ensure client requirements are met.
- Prepare and present sales reports to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the Design & Build industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to travel within Bali as required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
