Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing construction clients in Bali.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction sector.
- Prepare and present tailored quotations and proposals to meet client needs.
- Conduct consistent follow-ups on projects to ensure client satisfaction and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand the company’s presence.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of Bali’s construction market is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Bali.
