Responsibility
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for CCTV, access control, turnstile, and integrated security systems across Bali's key locations (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung)
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients, property developers, and hospitality businesses
- Conduct comprehensive security needs assessments and recommend tailored solutions to meet client requirements
- Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals to potential clients
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless solution implementation and customer satisfaction
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through proactive prospecting and account management
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging security technologies, and competitive offerings
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand market presence
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in security systems, technology, or related industries
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market
- Strong understanding of CCTV, access control, and security system technologies (prior experience is a plus)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline effectively
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a customer-centric approach
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel across Bali for client meetings
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
