Responsibility
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the bakery, food ingredient, and FMCG sectors.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure customer loyalty and satisfaction.
- Conduct professional product presentations and demonstrations for potential and existing customers.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic territory management.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to maintain competitive advantage.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Collaborate with the technical support team to provide value-added solutions to clients.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of proven working experience in B2B sales, specifically within the bakery ingredients, food ingredients, or FMCG sector.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a field-based role.
- Possess a deep understanding of food ingredient applications and current market trends.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Business Management, or a related field.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned coverage areas (Medan/Langkat, Tangerang, or Cirebon).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and sales reporting tools.
