Responsibility

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management review.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts to refine sales strategies.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related commercial role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly self-motivated, resilient, and target-oriented personality.
  • Ability to build and manage a robust sales pipeline independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software is a plus.
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is preferred.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings when required.
