Responsibility
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management review.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts to refine sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related commercial role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly self-motivated, resilient, and target-oriented personality.
- Ability to build and manage a robust sales pipeline independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is preferred.
- Possess a valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings when required.
