Responsibility

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new sales leads within the assigned territory.
  • Conduct professional technical presentations and product demonstrations for potential clients.
  • Analyze customer requirements and recommend the most effective technical solutions from our portfolio.
  • Prepare and deliver competitive sales proposals and technical documentation.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial prospecting to contract closure.
  • Collaborate with internal technical and support teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Maintain an updated CRM database and provide accurate sales activity reports to management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field).
  • Proven experience in technical sales, field engineering, or a related commercial role.
  • Strong understanding of technical product specifications and consultative selling techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Willingness to travel within the Bali region for client meetings and site visits.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively under minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English is preferred.
