Responsibility
- Develop and present technical proposals and filtration solutions tailored to client needs.
- Conduct on-site visits to assess customer requirements and recommend appropriate products.
- Provide pre- and post-sales technical support, including troubleshooting and system optimization.
- Collaborate with the internal engineering team to customize solutions for complex applications.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and industry partners.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive products, and emerging filtration technologies.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations, training sessions, and product demonstrations.
- Achieve sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and upselling to existing clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, technical support, or applications engineering, preferably in filtration, water treatment, or industrial equipment.
- Strong understanding of filtration systems, fluid dynamics, or process engineering.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English.
- Proven ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and customer requirements.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a willingness to travel within Bali.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and CAD tools is a plus.
- Prior experience in B2B sales or industrial markets is highly advantageous.
