Responsibility

  • Liaise between sales teams, customers, and internal departments to streamline communication and resolve inquiries.
  • Prepare and maintain sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics to ensure product availability and timely fulfillment.
  • Handle administrative tasks, including contract preparation, invoicing, and documentation management.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and ensuring a seamless sales experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales coordination, administrative support, or a similar role.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and team members.
