Responsibility

  • Support the Sales team with daily administrative tasks, including contract preparation, data entry, and filing.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Coordinate site inspections, meetings, and sales presentations for potential clients.
  • Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to track leads and performance metrics.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for leadership reviews.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments, including Front Office and Events, to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Process sales bookings and monitor room availability to maximize hotel occupancy.
  • Assist in organizing promotional events and marketing campaigns to boost brand visibility.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively in both Indonesian and English.
  • Highly organized with an exceptional ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
  • Proactive problem-solver with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to Riau.
