Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with OBGYN doctors and healthcare professionals in the Jakarta region.
- Proactively engage with expectant parents to educate them on the value of cord blood and tissue banking services.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through consistent lead follow-up and effective relationship management.
- Coordinate and conduct informative presentations or workshops for potential clients and clinical partners.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and follow-ups within the CRM system.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term loyalty.
- Stay updated on the latest medical advancements and industry trends related to stem cell technology.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably from Health Sciences, Marketing, or Communication studies.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales or client-facing roles, preferably within the medical, pharmaceutical, or insurance sectors.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with medical professionals and diverse clients.
- High level of integrity, professional appearance, and excellent verbal/written communication skills in Indonesian and English.
- Target-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting sales goals.
- Ability to work independently and manage a mobile territory within Jakarta effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and basic digital reporting tools.
