Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive client acquisition and retention in Bali’s premium beauty market.
- Build and nurture a loyal community through engaging events, social media, and personalized client interactions.
- Conduct consultations and product demonstrations to educate clients on aesthetic treatments and skincare solutions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content and campaigns tailored to local audiences.
- Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and provide data-driven insights to optimize strategies.
- Represent the clinic at industry events, pop-ups, and partnerships to expand brand visibility.
- Maintain CRM systems and client databases to ensure seamless follow-ups and relationship management.
- Stay updated on beauty trends, competitor offerings, and emerging opportunities in the Bali market.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or community management, preferably in the beauty, wellness, or healthcare industry.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and building client relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Passion for skincare, aesthetics, and wellness with a consultative approach.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is advantageous.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, or surrounding areas).
