Responsibility
- Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting clients with product inquiries, purchases, and styling advice.
- Drive sales targets by actively engaging customers, promoting products, and upselling where appropriate.
- Maintain a deep understanding of A-LOOK’s product offerings, including features, benefits, and pricing.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure store presentation, merchandising, and inventory are optimized for sales.
- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and manage POS systems accurately and efficiently.
- Build and nurture long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to provide valuable insights to the team.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and company events to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or a similar role (1+ years preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Passion for fashion, retail, or lifestyle products, with a keen eye for trends and styling.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
- Basic math skills and proficiency in handling cash transactions and POS systems.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, etc.) are a plus.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required by the business.
