Responsibility

  • Oversee the control and safekeeping of the branch’s cash vault, ensuring accuracy and compliance with bank policies and security protocols.
  • Manage and monitor accountable forms, documents, and records to maintain integrity and confidentiality.
  • Process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and fund transfers, with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and offering tailored financial solutions.
  • Assist in the opening and maintenance of customer accounts, ensuring adherence to regulatory and bank procedures.
  • Collaborate with branch staff to achieve sales targets and promote bank products and services to clients.
  • Conduct regular audits and reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial records and compliance with internal controls.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
