Responsibility
- Engage with potential and existing clients to understand their business needs and recommend tailored solutions that align with their goals.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials, presentations, and campaigns that drive lead generation and conversion.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights to inform sales strategies.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through proactive outreach, follow-ups, and closing techniques.
- Represent Denzai Philippines Inc. at industry events, webinars, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and customer feedback to management for strategic decision-making.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, product knowledge, and emerging technologies to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or marketing, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia) are a plus.
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Willingness to relocate to Bali or work remotely from Bali with occasional travel as needed.
